


How can CBT help?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Contextual CBT work by enabling you to understand how your thoughts and behaviour can cause physical and emotional reactions. These in turn can effect performance. Sometimes, only in very subtle ways but sometimes the effects can feel devastating, frustrating and out of your control.
Once you have a good understanding of these principles and how they effect you as an individual the next step is to begin to work out what needs to change and, most importantly, what you might like to do about it. You will be guided through a whole range of strategies, techniques and processes to enable you to work towards reaching your full potential.
